Q: How do I search for the part I need?
A: We always recommend searching and ordering based on part number. Most part numbers are located directly on the board you are replacing. This method will allow you to quickly and accurately find the part you need. Searching by your TV model number will not narrow down your search as effectively since the same model number may use several different sets of boards in it, leading to needing to verify the part number to order the correct part. The search function on our website does allow partial matching as well. This means that say you can read LJ92-0127 on your board, but the rest is faded out. Simply type search by what you could read, LJ92-0127 and you will get all the results for boards we stock that start with LJ92-0127 (i.e. LJ92-01270A, LJ92-01275A, ect...).
Q: I found the part needed, but it shows out of stock on your website. Do you still have any or can you get it?
A:
The stock status on our
website is constantly updated and is accurate, so if our website shows
we are out of stock on the part you need, that is correct. We do
receive new stock constantly, but do not know specifically what the
parts will be ahead of time so we cannot tell you when and if we would
receive more stock of the part you need. On the product page of the
part you need, you can click on the "Email me when back in stock"
feature and we automatically email you when we receive more stock.

Q: What type of parts do you carry?
A: Currently we stock replacement TV repair parts such as boards, remotes, owner's manuals, lamps and more.
Q: Are the parts that you stock new?
A:
Some of the parts we stock are new / unused and some have been used and
our trained electronics technicians have tested and done repairs needed
to bring the part back to manufacturer specifications. This allows us to sell TV repair parts at prices that are a fraction of manufacturer / distributor pricing. As an
electronics recycling company, we receive truckloads of TVs from vendors
for various reasons such as that they have been damaged during shipment
(i.e. broken screen). We will break the TVs down first by removing the
boards out of it and then by components (such as plastic and glass) and
recycle as much of it as possible.
Q: How do you know I am receiving a good working part?
A:
We have a staff of trained electronics technicians that inspect and
test the parts. They will also do any repairs if needed. We back all of
our replacement boards with an industry best 6 month warranty. Pricing

Q: Do you match competitor's pricing?

No, we do not. However, our
pricing is very competitive and often lower than our competition,
especially when you consider that we offer discounts to NESDA members and TV repair shops. Also, remember that besides great pricing, all parts come with Free Ground Shipping and a 6 Month Warranty.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, we offer free FedEx Ground shipping (U.S. only) on all orders. International shipping and all expedited shipping option are an additional charge that is available during checkout.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: Any order received by 4PM EST will ship same business day. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM - 5:30PM EST excluding holidays.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
A: Over half the U.S. is within 2 business day shipping transit time with the ground option. International shipping takes 6-10 business days for USPS Priority and 3-5 business days for USPS Express.
Q: I am an international customer. Will there be any taxes or duties due when my item is delivered?
A: Yes, the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties due upon receipt of item on international shipments. These taxes and duties are charged by that customer's country for importing an item. We cannot and will not mark the item as a gift or reduce the value as that is customs fraud and is illegal.

A: You are more than welcome to contact us and we will help you the best we can, as we are a national repair center and have a staff of technician on hand. However, we do not guarantee any level of technical support.
Q: Do I have to create a customer account to make a purchase with you?
A: Yes, you have to create an account if you are a new customer. There are many benefits to doing this though. One of them being that for all future orders, it will make your checkout process much quicker. Secondly, we can quickly add discounted pricing to your account if you qualify (look below at the discounts section).
Q: How do I create a new customer account?
