General Shipping Information: All orders received by 3 PM EST ship the same business day. If you purchased after 4PM EST or during the weekend, the item will ship the next business day. A business day is consider Monday through Friday excluding holidays. FedEx Ground is the free shipping option and takes on average 2-3 business days for delivery. The free shipping option is not available for international shipments. The free shipping option will be USPS Priority if the shipping address is a PO Box or outside the Continental United States (i.e. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska). You can choose expedited shipping options such as FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight for an extra cost that is listed during checkout if you need the part faster. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count in shipping transit time.
International Shipping: We do ship to most countries. All the countries we currently ship to are available to choose from during the checkout. All international shipments will be sent via USPS Express International. The free shipping option does not apply to international shipments. International shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process. Any import duties, fees or taxes that are due upon delivery are the customer's responsibility. These fees are charged by the customer's country for importing an item.
Damaged Shipments: Contact us immediately to start a damage claim and put the product back in the original box. It is very important that you use the box it was received in and do not throw anything away. We cannot file a damage claim unless you have the original box and packing material. All damage claims must be done within 7 days of receiving the item. If you are not going to use the item purchased for an extended period of time, you should still open the box upon receipt to ensure the item is not damaged before putting it in storage.
