How do I return an item?
Return Policy
TV repair parts: If you are having an issue with the product you received, please contact us to start the warranty process. We will replace any defective product within the warranty period stated. Returns for a refund are offered within 60 days of purchase with no exceptions. Customer must receive an RMA from us before sending the product back. The product must be in acceptable condition, not damaged and with all identifying markers intact. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are usually processed within 1-4 business days.
TV Lamps only: If you are having an issue with the product you received, please contact us to start the warranty process. We offer refunds on unopened, unused lamps within 30 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds on used lamps. Customer must receive an RMA from us before sending the product back. The product must be in acceptable condition and not damaged.
